Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your From Only Now account and the data associated with it (app: com.fromonlynow.from_only_now).
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@fromonlynow.com from the email address registered on your account.
- Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the username or email on the account.
- We verify the request and process it, typically within a few business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: email, password (hashed), display name, username, avatar, and bio.
- Your captures ("capsules"), comments, likes, saves, and other content you created.
- Your business profile and wallet balance record, once any legally required financial records are settled.
- Device and notification tokens associated with your account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited data where required by law or necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or maintain financial/payment records (for example, records related to PayPal transactions), for a limited period after your account is deleted. This mirrors what is described in our Privacy Policy, section 6 ("Account & data deletion").
Partial data deletion
If you want to delete specific content (a single capture, comment, or photo) without deleting your whole account, use the delete option on that item inside the app, or email us at hello@fromonlynow.com describing what you'd like removed.
