From Only Now is a place-based memory and discovery app. These guidelines help keep captures, comments, offers, and ads safe and useful. Violations may lead to content removal, feature limits, or account suspension.

Be respectful

No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or threats.
No doxxing or sharing others’ private information without consent.
Disagree without attacking people.

Keep it lawful & appropriate

No illegal content, scams, or fraud.
No sexual content involving minors; no exploitation of any kind.
No graphic violence, terrorism, or content that promotes serious harm.
No spam or deceptive promotions outside approved business tools.

Respect places & people

Do not post content that endangers others at a real-world location.
Respect private property and local laws when capturing media.
Business offers and ads must be accurate and not misleading.

Intellectual property

Only post media and text you have the right to share. Do not upload copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use.
