Child Safety Standards

From Only Now has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This page describes our published standards, in line with industry norms for preventing online child sexual exploitation and abuse.

1. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere on From Only Now, with no exceptions:

Any image, video, text, or other content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor.
Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact involving a minor.
Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM in any form.
Using the app's location, timeline, or messaging-adjacent features to identify, contact, or endanger a child.

2. Age requirement

From Only Now is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). See our Privacy Policy, section 7.

3. How we respond to reports

Users can report any capture, comment, or account directly in the app, or by emailing us (see Contact below).
Our moderation team reviews reports involving suspected child safety violations as a priority.
Content that violates this policy is removed and the associated account is suspended or permanently banned.
Where required by applicable law, we report apparent CSAM to the relevant authority — in the United States, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) — and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

4. Reporting a concern

To report a child safety concern, use the in-app "Report" action on the specific capture, comment, or profile, or email us directly at hello@fromonlynow.com with as much detail as possible (link, username, description). We treat these reports as urgent.
